Scope Delivered
Bespoke cleanroom design for lithography, packaging and testing equipment.
- ISO Class 5 lithography bay and ISO Class 6 assembly/test areas
- Raised floor plenums, return air chases and balanced airflow network
- ESD-safe flooring, bonding and static monitoring for sensitive processes
- Tool hook-up points for vacuum, CDA, nitrogen, DI water and exhaust
- Gowning, air showers and pass-through chambers for contamination control
Key Systems Installed
Precision HVAC and utilities for sub-micron manufacturing.
- Recirculating FFUs with HEPA H14 filters and differential pressure control
- Central vacuum, CDA and nitrogen skids with distribution manifolds
- Process exhaust with scrubber integration and leak detection
- BMS dashboard for particulate, temperature, humidity and static monitoring
